The State of Texas by and through the Texas Health and Human Services Commission (HHSC) on behalf of the Office of Violent Sex Offender Management (OVSOM) announces this notice of Open Enrollment (OE) requesting applications to provide polygraph services for civilly committed sex offenders.

The Texas Health and Human Services Commission (HHSC) on behalf of the Office of Violent Sex Offender Management (OVSOM), seeks qualified vendors to provide Client Services, Civil Commitment Center(s) (CCC) to include but not limited to all necessary personnel, equipment, materials, supplies, and services as specifically identified within the Contract and otherwise do all things necessary for, or incidental to, the location, operation and management of a CCC with associated programs for the treatment and monitoring of Sexually Violent Predator (SVP) Clients assigned to the center. SVP Clients assigned have been civilly committed pursuant to Texas Health and Safety Code, Chapter 841, who have been found to be a repeat sexually violent offender and to suffer from a behavioral abnormality that makes the person likely to engage in a predatory act of sexual violence.
